What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We truly appreciate every customer contacting us, for this reason we make sure to give everyone the best prices and make sure to work at our best. We usually give discounts when the customer had multiple jobs, it all depends on the projects they have. We don't like giving different prices to different costumers, for this reason we usually have standard prices for everyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If there are pictures that can clearly help us, we provide estimate of the job within the same day. In cases when we need to check the job, we provide a free estimate, we go and check to make sure what the customer is requesting and after that we sent the quote out.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We originally studied related to what we do and after that we have worked for many years in this business so we are at a point where we are very confident about the job we do. We do our best so the customer is highly satisfied.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It all started years ago when I was doing the very first projects and got passionate about that, so have been improving over the years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all costumers without excluding any of them, Highly appreciate all the costumers choosing us.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Everything depends on projects. Every Project is different.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advise would be to make sure the provider they are hiring is highly knowledgeable.

The customer should explain what they need in details so they make sure they are satisfied at the conclusion of the project.
