Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
There is a hourly rate for in town areas (Reno-sparks and Carson city) There is a travel charge for all out of town areas. If you're looking for an estimate there is an estimate fee for this and the fee depends on the in town or out of town areas. All services are collected upon completion, we do not bill anyone. Please call us and ask about our rates!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We require all customer information for "who would be paying the bill". As well as, as much detail about the job that you are looking to have done. The more information we can gather prior to going out there will ensure a more accurate estimate when we arrive on site. There is a fee for just an estimate and for our hourly rates. We always try to complete the job same day. Since sometimes we understand that is not possible. Then we will talk to the customer and let them know what process will be to complete the job.
