What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My customer find my information online or published on the newspapers. I do quality work and then they call me when they have new projects. I get clientele also by recommendations mouth to mouth.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a Journeyman Plumber certified by the Nevada Board of plumbers examiners

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In the summer of 2000 my brother introduced me to the plumbing trade. I started as a labor back filling trenches for underground residential plumbing. I learned quick and the supervisor let me do the underground plumbing myself. Later I learned to install the rough-in plumbing, finish plumbing and now I'm doing sewer and drain cleaning services.

I have worked with all types of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently I unclogged a sewer pipe that had palm tree roots. Others companies offer the homeowner to replace the entire line for a few thousand dollars. I used my rooter machine to cut the roots and after that I inspected the pipe with the sewer camera to make sure that all roots were gone. I just charged $350 for the job. The homeowner was happy, he saved some money.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check if the provider is well experienced in the trade.

What is the cost for the project? Do you guarantee the work? How many years you have been doing this type of work?
