We don't charge to visit and assess the situation. Once we know what the problem is, we will give you a flat-rate quote to fix it on the spot.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We come out for free and give a flat-rate quote once we've assessed the problem. If the customer approves, our trucks are equipped to fix the problem right on the spot. No waiting.

Residential, Commercial, Multi-Family, Restaurants...anyone with a drain!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There is no need to pay a dispatch fee. Make sure that anyone who comes out is equipped to handle any level of problem right on the spot. For instance, do they have a hydro-jetter with them? Also, be wary of cheap loss-leaders that have a very limited scope. You can easily end up paying more in the long run.
