What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer a flat rate of $70 an hour with a $50 service call fee to any client outside of Boulder, with a 4 hour minimum on my time charge (front range only)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically I prefer to do a Zoom or FaceTime call to establish a rapport and good customer foundation, so I can take the time to get to know my prospective clients like they were my own friends.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Business education, HVAC certifications, CDL, Working on arborist certification

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been a self starter, I enjoy helping people and love to get paid for it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Happy, intelligent, depressed, abrasive and just about any other personality type you can think of.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did about 2 months of trail work by carrying dirt up a hill via backpack building over 1200 feet of trail and widening existing trail using water drainage systems.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Shop around and always go with your gut instincts.

What is the size of the project? Material cost? Time?
