Introduction

The DT-Clogsman business started in drain cleaning and plumbing about 10 years ago I was just a helper and handing tools to my buddie, now I can do anything I set my mind to for my customers, any plumbing repair or clog we do! My name is Tyler and the business now expands with the new owner and partner with me Daniel Alaimo, we are looking to grow a family not just be your immediate plumber, also friends! We are two brother in laws coming from the bottom right near Lodi New Jersey, very proud and ambitious new young owners, we will now expand our family business even more. This started All from us working and doing pool tables for our family business and me (Tyler) started trade and got Daniel my brother in law into it. We do any drains that are clogged, or any plumbing leaks or repairs. This is a family business we just wish we took a bit farther a while ago. We love clearing customers drains and hearing them say “wow you got it” A really good feeling when a client is happy. We love to bring our business to anyone needing help also a very very friendly environment of people. Love completing a job, getting dirty, also staying clean but we do it all without an issue or a finance problem either. We help everyone in any type of situations, we take our business very serious and passionate of it all.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We always offer comfortable rates and work with our first and long term customers! We are a family business and want to grow a bigger family with our team and new clientele that tag along!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to message them then have them call us once we have talked to them then as we talk on the phone give a brief description on who we are and why were in business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Drain snaking, plumbing, any leaks or emergency calls we do!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started learning off a old co worker then went to trade school as I worked then learned and now been doing this for over 10 years

What types of customers have you worked with?

Everyone and every different type of customer around New Jersey and New York areas

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently just did a water spigot run from inside the house to outside the home. Added a valve etc, redid a bathroom finish to.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go with your feelings on the phone and who you feel most comfortable with and don’t get ripped off when work can always be managed and money worked out like DTClogsMan does for everyone.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much, when can we do it, have all pictures to help out owners know of the job more to, ask questions that make you feel more comfortable with the company your hiring.
