Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We have hourly rates for service calls. We try to evaluate the problem within the first hour and hopefully are able to tell you what is needed to fix it. We will inform you if it is expected to exceed the cost of an hour. We try our hardest to inform the customer of expected cost prior to doing any repairs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We always accept new customers and treat them as if there are an existing customer. We treat all our customers fairly and as if they were extended family members. We are a family owned company and treat our customers as family too.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
All our employee's are licensed plumbers and gas technicians. They also take classes to stay up with the building codes and new laws as needed to renew the tech's licenses each year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
To get started in this business you need to go to a trade school or community college and take courses needed to get your plumbing or heat technician licenses.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Our customers are home owners, business owners or someone that owns property.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Lately we have been installing a lot of new hot water tanks and we are proud that we have been getting them installed in only a few hours but in one day without going into after hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would suggest you do your homework, make sure they have the have current up to date licenses. I would also look into their reviews to see how previous customers felt about them. Or ask around word of mouth is usually the best way to see how they treat their customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I would tell them to ask - how many years they have been in business. - do every guy have the licenses needed for my project. - how long will the project take. - will there be any inconvenience that we may deal with during our project.
