Our pricing is an upfront flat rate for each option given, this protects you from any hidden surprises or not having Material on hand, and havig to go to a supply house, the price given for that option to be completed is the PRICE.

We will communicate as much as possible, either by phone, emails, texting, whichever is more convenient, and we can set up a time to come out and visit the property, and look over the scope of the work that needs to be done. We will then provide you with as many options as we can to solve your issue at hand. You choose the option you want! If the materials are available we will provide the service right then and there for you.

We had a no hot water call recently, It was a 7 year old 40 gallon electric water heater. We were able to show up same day, troubleshoot the issues, and provide the customer with multiple repair options available as well as a replacement option. All of our options were written up clearly explaining exactly what will be done for each task, and our professional recommendations and opinions on each option. We explained that the statistical average life of a water heater in NH is approximately 10-12 years, and your water heater is only 7 yrs old, so a repair option is completely acceptable opposed to replacing the tank. This customer chose to just replace the tank, since they have had, a bad experience in the past with a tank leaking at 8 years and damaging their property. We were able to call our supply house and locate a tank that would fit their closet dimensions, and we had them back up in running within 4 hours.
