What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices start at $70 for a tv under 60" and customer already having a mount. Add on are based type of mount ($20avg.), if wires are need to be hidden ($30 avg.), above fire place ($15), etc... discounts available for the more TV per job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Mainly want to make sure me in the customer are on the same page. Want to be clear on everything they would like. If they don't have a mount already I can bring one with me. Will ask them how far from ceiling they are look to have it and would they like centered in the room.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Architecture class at CPCC. Years of hands-on experience at construction sites. Also specialize in customer service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work with mostly residential customers. However I am willing to work commercial as well. Specializing in doing home with more then one TV mounted.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently did a newly built house. Mounted TVs and all 3 bedrooms. A 60" tv in game room and 72" above fire place. Able to do all 5 and a little under 4 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone whom you will be comfortable with in your home. Punctuality is a big key when having a service come to your house. Want someone who can give you an exact time they will be there, and also clear from the beginning on what you will be paying and services you will be receiving.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How exactly will the the TV be mounted Will TV be centered in the room? Does any devices need to be connected before mounting?
