We offer up front pricing. We will give different options for you to pick what works best for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will schedule an appointment, or come out the same day for an emergency, call you when we are on the way, throughly evaluate your plumbing concerns, give you options to pick from, and complete the job that you picked. We will cover all work surfaces to protect your home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

30+ years of plumbing experience, licensed in NC for plumbing, certified in well repairs and water filtration. We are also certified for testing backflows.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was a teenager, my grandmother had been taken advantage of by a handyman and way over charged. After I was trained in plumbing, I swore to make sure that my customers are receiving the best service, the best products, and the best quality work possible. We also accept payment in the form of cash, check, credit card and financing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with new homeowners, all the way to longtime homeowners. We believe there is no one fix for every customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We really enjoy doing water filtration. Making water as safe and clean as possible for the homeowners to enjoy, and seeing their satisfaction is what makes the job worth it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Never base your choice on price. Make sure that the price reflects the quality and level of trust the you are looking for and have in whomever you choose.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is this person someone i would trust in my house and around my family? Do I have confidence in the quality of work they would perform? Am I confident that they would stand behind their work if a warranty was needed? Is this the plumber I will want to use for all of my plumbing needs?
