Introduction

Second generation plumbers. Taught by our father. Right from our earliest memories it was "let's go to work" and in the plumbing truck with our dad. He taught us everything! He taught us that our sole purpose is to provide the absolute highest level of plumbing service to our fellow man, He taught us to share our knowledge and experiences with each and every interaction. He taught to love people and understand empathy and that we are here to help. He taught us to grow plumbers from within, with GREAT CORE Values and to ensure they know how to be the best at their trade. We are here to upset the market with our ability to custom tailor our options and create winning outcomes for everyone! To upset the market with our ability to get the job done right the first time, cleanliness, communication, pride in our workmanship. It all shows through. Our father used to say "We go the EXTRA MILE for our customers each and every time". That is why we named this entity Extra Mile Home Services. For our dad. RIP Vern Cline. We have taken our plumbing knowledge, years in the trenches, in the classrooms, coupled with our knowledge in the water damage / restoration world as well we know we are here to stay and provide top notch experiences for the residents of North Carolina. Not only can we make the leak stop, BUT we can also clean it all up and ensure success and perhaps save further damages from being caused. Thi is done with our Water Damage Restoration/Mold Services that we offer as well :) Please give us the opportunity to serve you and your home and you will see the difference. -Chris Cline Extra Mile Home Services

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We price each job per job. Meaning, we evaluate the customers needs, wants and concerns and evaluate the situation and price according to what it will take to complete the job. There is no surprises or anything like that. What number we give is what number we need to perform the work and get it done with warranties and all considered. Every attempt is made to be reasonable and maintain industry standard pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We make it as seamless as possible. We get your basic information, book a call. We text when we are on our way to your home typically 30-45 minutes in advance. We arrive at the home, perform a visual inspection, have a conversation with the homeowner, discuss needs, wants and concerns. Once pricing has been given, agreed upon we will begin the work per the details we discussed. :)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Doctors, lawyers, home care professionals, stay at home dads, moms, daycares, hospitals, industrial, commercial, We excel at our residential customer service plumbing. We have extensive career experience working with commercial clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We just installed another tub enclosure. I really love how we come in, take something old and make it brand new, the smells the shiny finishes. Looks so good when we are all done, lots of smiling faces.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Check reviews, ask questions, trust your gut. There are unfortunately A LOT of not so great contractors out there. Ask for pictures of their work. Ask for references. Ask for their license! Make sure you feel good when they are speaking to you. That is important. Make sure that they can explain what all you need.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Are you ready to perform the work? Are you ready for the uncomfortableness of someone coming to your home and making noise, dirt, etc.? What are you hoping to get? End result? What budget did you have in mind, be open to what it costs especially if you have never done this before, it is expensive to do it all above board and correct.
