Anything over 1 hour and the service call price is dropped and I go hourly which is $62 per hour (2 hours = $124.00 3 hours = $186.00) 1 hour or less = $79.99, 2 hours = $124.00 The service call covers 1 hour or less of time. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I just like to make sure communication is very clear. Clearly stating days and times I will be there is important.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started working with homes when I was 15 years old and fell in love with it. I've been working with homes and apartments ever since. I'm 44 now.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

my uncle owns homes in the Grand Rapids area and I started with him when I was 15.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers from big huge homes on lakes in Georgia to the smallest section 8 homes in Grand Rapids. I seen every type of customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I really enjoy repairing old broken windows. I've gotten really good at it over the years. I just had a few thumbtack customers that were very happy with how it turned out and they only took an hour or less including driving to get glass.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

what helps me the most is a simple picture. You may think oh is just a normal window, door, bathroom but with a picture we can see allot.
