establish a face to face consultation followed by emailed estimate. within 2-3 days of consultation. once contract has been approved and signed we work to stay within agreed allotted time to finish projects. typically we do unless unforseen events arrive either at the job or in personal matters. after several years of knowing my customers I extend a credit line to them. we become family.
