We have flat rate price based upon what drain you are having a problem with as well what equipment is used in order to fix the problem. We are competitively priced!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Always give us a call so we can better understand the issue, that way we can provide you with an accurate estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

13 years experience as a professional drain technician

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked with a former drain company for 11 years, became the lead drain technician of that company over the course of my employment there. I have a strong passion for helping others in need of these, what can be stressful situations. I ended up leaving the former company on good terms and decided to open up my own business to deliver a QUALITY, EFFICIENT, and MOST IMPORTANTLY HONEST SERVICE to my future customers!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with plumbers, general contractors, residences, businesses, commercial property’s and management company’s.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be as detailed as you can be with what the problem is that you are having, majority of the time company’s can give you an appropriate estimate on the cost based on the description of what drain you are having a problem with and what equipment will be used to fix the issue.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

In regards to drain cleaning, if the customer is talking to various company’s and trying to get estimates, be sure to ask about hidden fee’s that pop up with larger company’s (travel and diagnostic fees) ... We do not believe in hiding any fees, we pride ourselves as being a transparent company that delivers honest quality work, always going above and beyond in our dealings with customers!
