What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I have always believed in "the customer is right". I am attentive to giving customer exactly what they are looking for the safest way possible. I do not believe in misleading my customer I ask myself would I want a contractor to do this to my mother? I do my best to treat every customer like family. I also am quick to say if something is impossible to do safely and will offer any possible solution that ends with customer getting what they want and something that will last

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have always been in the construction trade my working life. I learned and honed my skills by working alongside of professionals that have graciously passed on there knowledge to me.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been drawn to working with my hands taking pride being able to look back and admire my work taking great pride in knowing I have built something and that I have fixed anything that was non functional before I started

I have done mostly residential working directly with home owner I have also done multi-family working directly with GC and developer
