Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My prices are reasonable. I always try to work with the clients budget for the project. I understand that improving your home can be costly so I do my best to work on pricing with my customers that need help. When u help people it always comes around and helps you .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First we’ll set up a time to meet for an estimate. We would go over what they want done. Once hired if they need help in making decisions with certain material, I make the time to go to the stores with them and making the process as helpful as possible for them. We start the project and keep the client updated on the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I took building trades . The entire year we worked on building a home that’s sold once it’s complete. That’s when I really fell in love with this work. It came naturally and seeing the progress of this home gave such a sense of accomplishment. Since then I have worked for a few home improvement companies until I started my own company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started when I was young. I enjoy what I do so for me it came naturally. I always loved seeing the end result. Working on something from start to finish is the best feeling.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with a variety of people. A lot of my clients I still keep in touch with. I think building a relationship with your clients is very important in my field.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I just finished a stone fire place with cultured stone. The job took about 2 days. Customer couldn’t believe the before and after, they absolutely loved it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Get it done right the first time. Quality is everything when it comes to improving your home. Ask questions, ask for pictures of similar projects so you’re able to have a visual.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How long will my project take? What will it cost? What material will we be using? Have you worked on similar projects? If yes, do you have any pictures? Don’t be afraid to ask a lot of questions, especially if it’s a project you’re not familiar with what goes into it.
