What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge a service call fee, but the rest of the price is dependent on the work needed. I like to think I’m fair and will always be happy to work with the customer on prices or payment plans.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been trained by a master plumber for several years. I also have taken my masters exam and passed but just waiting to get my official license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went to college, graduated with a degree and didn’t have any job prospects. My brother introduced me to a guy that owned a plumbing company, moved back to the area and started working and learning the trade.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked from the big commercial contractors. Doing complete ground roughs to doing service calls for homeowners and landlords.
