I give options so the customer has a chance to chose what route they wanna go and I always keep my pricing fair

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Free home inspections to let the customer know what’s good and what’s gonna need attention I like to build a bond with my customers they are considered family here

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 26yrs of training in the plumbing field that includes residential and commercial

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at 18 as just a simple drain cleaner and desired to learn more and got trained in the rest until I sprouted my own roots in this trade and grew

What types of customers have you worked with?

Surprisingly pretty respectful customers most keep me in there phone book I’ve had a couple of rotten apples but my smile stays the same

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Wouldn’t say a project but just doing a simple home inspection and taking my time with a certain customer that ended up catching a issue that could of gotten bad

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Are they patient with you do they take the time to listen to what’s going on or are they in a rush to get your money patients and understanding I’d pick you get the best experiences

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Don’t think you have to settle for a high dollar p technician to get the job done right cause I’m not a high dollar guy and I’ve fixed the 1000 dollar guys problems they have left behind
