I will give all pricing upfront. You will not pay until the work is completed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will come to your home and examine the issue. As soon as I am done, I will present you with your options for repair, replacement, or installation of a product. From there, if you choose to use my services I will waive the $89 fee and charge the estimated price to you. You will pay after the job is completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed master plumber. I have been in the plumbing industry for 30 years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It pays you to call an expert! Call a company that knows plumbing, and gives fair pricing. So you won't be paying more to fix the work someone else did.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always look at the compatibility of faucets and fixtures with your home plumbing before you purchase. Sometimes your sinks and bathrooms may not have the space for certain fixtures.
