What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon requesting for service I’d call and gather some basic information about the situation and location of project. Will then schedule as soon as possible and would always call with an Eta as soon as I’m on my way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10 years on field plumbing experience 4 years schooling through Illinois

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Always liked helping people and found my passion doing so

What types of customers have you worked with?

Have worked with mostly all really great people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Sewer repair for a family of 5. Was able to get the job completed within full day and a half of work. The family was able to leave the hotel they’ve been staying at due to consistent flooding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Avoid handy men for plumbing jobs! It will cost you more in the long run.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

“How soon could I be available for the plumber to swing by?” “How long has this been going on for?”
