What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$50-$80 per hour. Typically jobs are priced $2.25-$10 per square foot. Every job will differ in price depending on the project. I'm available to collect all materials or additional hardware/supplies needed. Large appliances or furniture, etc; I REQUIRE an additional $200, to be picked up and delivered. All jobs are an estimate. Therefore, the necessary work performed may differ from the estimated cost of the completed project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I introduce myself, ask their name and the services I may help with. Discuss the matter in full detail. I provide the customer with a rough estimate for the job. We then determine a date and time best for the customer. I collect the customers service location and confirm their best contact information.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My father’s construction business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have gained a great deal of experience and confidence working with my father's construction business, around several different contractors and odd jobs, since I was a child.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In 2024, I recently renovated a 2 bedroom home to be listed for rent. We replaced door locks, painted the walls, ceilings, door and window trim. Even replaced the water heater and trimmed around a living room window. It only took 3 days to have the project complete. The customer was more excited than she thought.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for at least 3 contractors and their most recent reviews for the best overall price and quality.
