I have been in the trade for about 20 years started when I was 15 years of age. Have learned from the best even learned from the bad. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing will always be fair not the cheapest or the most expensive. I do have over 10 year experience on the trade. Discounts are always an option considering the situation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Same as all my customers extreme value for their business, explain everything so they can understand and always with a positive attitude.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I learned everything I know from different plumbers I worked all over since I started young I would work with multiple plumber I loved to stay busy. I learned how to work in union environment that’s were I got my license, I also work with small plumbing business as a sub contractor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started when I was 15 year olds as a side job in high school, the moment I touched that shovel and realized how important plumbing is and how expensive it could become I stuck with it since then. I had never since 15 year olds worked in other place I did how ever take a brake to help family business for about 4 years total but came back to it, it is my pasión and I have learned a lot from pioneers of plumbing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work with all type of customers the good the bad and the really bad. Customers will always be right.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Customer called me to replaced a plumber, we went over the project as the other plumber was going to task it. Turns out that the issue was a lot less work and easy fix saved customer literally hundreds of dollars.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Alway always ask for a second opinion, If a plumber get Impatient or uncomfortable that you are asking for explanations or more input on the project he is not your guy. We are there to answer all your question and any doubts you might have even if you don’t take our bid it’s all part of the process.

Do you give warranty for your repair? Is this the best option for this issue? How long have you been doing this for ? Do you have pictures of similar jobs?
