What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon requesting for service I’d call and gather some basic information about the situation and location of project. Will then schedule as soon as possible and would always call with an Eta as soon as I’m on my way.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Sewer repair for a family of 5. Was able to get the job completed within full day and a half of work. The family was able to leave the hotel they’ve been staying at due to consistent flooding.
