We are a small plumbing and remod company servicing the greater Treasure Valley area. We aim to do quality work for all of you Residential and Commercial plumbing remodel needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is based upon what the job is. My estimates are free and almost always prefer to look at the job in person to ensure an accurate estimate which I will provide before starting any work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once I have received a call I will ask to see the job and set up a time to meet. I will look at the job and discuss the work and what it entails then provide an estimate. Provided the customer agrees with the price we will schedule a time for me to start be it right then or at a later time frame.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have nearly 20 years of on the job experience. Have participated in numerous educational training demonstrations and continued education course of various sorts. I am licensed in Idaho as a plumbing contractor and journeyman and General Contractor. I am also licensed as a plumbing contractor in California.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up around the trades. Started early as a handyman then became a General Contractor and went on to plumbing. Have been in construction my entire adult life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have been privileged to deal with all types of people from all walks of life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did the plumbing for a large addition and remodel. I enjoy larger projects from start to finish. The rough-in took about 2 weeks and the finish maybe 2 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions. Find out if the plumber knows what they are talking about. Always feel free to get a second opinion or estimate.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Jus have as much knowledge of what you want or need prior. Feel free to ask any questions.
