We price match other restoration companies for the same scope of work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will perform a thorough inspection of potential damage and work closely with your insurance (if applicable) to ensure your claim is processed correctly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are an IICRC certified firm. IICRC sets the national standard for cleaning and mitigating water, fire and mold damage.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our founders both have worked with large national restoration companies and have decided to go out on their own. The larger restoration companies often let their customer experience lack due to not caring about their most important assets- their customers. We are taking a different approach where customer experience, satisfaction and safety come first.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with homeowners, building owners and property managers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a project for a homeowner in south Boise who experienced a sewage backup. While the job itself was poopy (literally), we were very happy to have helped the homeowner get her home life back to normal and restore her home to pre-loss condition.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When trying to find a water damage cleanup company, you should be looking for urgency, comprehension and compassion. Many restoration companies will want to secure payment, get insurance approval or be slow to help you. It is imperative to mitigate further damage, and it takes urgency and knowledge to properly mitigate your water damage.
