What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am always up front with my customers and what it will cost to accomplish their plumbing repair or replacement needs. It is hard to give pricing over the phone due to al of the variables. However once I’ve walked the job site and gone over all the customers concerns or requests I’m always able to give upfront honest pricing to them before beginning the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My first goal is to ensure the customer they’ve chosen the right person for their needs. My second process is to build a relationship with my customers so they feel comfortable with their choice to hire me and that they know they’re in the most professional and experienced hands.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been on plumbing jobs since I was 8 years old. I’ve done everything from drain clearing, drain cleaning, camera inspections, leak detection for water, sewer and gas, drain hydro-jetting, drain descaling, drain sanding, sewer system rejuvenation, plumbing services for new and existing homes and commercial properties, every type of water heating systems, fixture repairs and installations and much more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in this industry at 8 years of age with the foster family I grew up with. I was lucky to experience and be involved in new construction, existing plumbing service and repair, sewer systems, secondary water systems, storm drains, culinary water and more. I was blessed to grow up in the trade and be able to be involved and get hands on experience in every aspect of plumbing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with every type of customer possible. Every customer is different and every experience is an enjoyment and learning experience. I pride myself on giving every customer a 5 star experience and being able to walk away from the job when it’s done knowing they’ve received the best work possible in the trade and earning and friend and customer for life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project started out a just a kitchen sink leak. This job turned into a whole home sewer system rejuvenation and bathroom remodel. It was a true pleasure to know when I waked off that job I earned a customer and friend for life and knowing that for years to come thisnhome owner will have no sewer drain problems due to my company addressing all of thier issues.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research but most importantly make sure you do a face to face visit with the professional and make sure you are comfortable with them and have trust in them that they have your best interest at heart.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know what your trying to accomplish. Have a budget to accomplish your goal or project. Have I set aside time to accomplish my project. How soon am I looking to start my project.
