$75 dollar service fee for me to come out once agreed for me to start the job the 75 dollar will then be tied into the total cost.

customer service with customer satisfaction. I want you to be happy with your decision when you choose me knowing its the right decision. because its important for me to meet all that you need. And your expectations of a professional person which will leave a lasting impression. that will make the customer happy.

my education background is graduated with high school diploma and trade school diploma

i have 10 years experience in plumbing I started at Roto-Rooter and then work at 3 other company afterwards

What types of customers have you worked with?

the type of customer i worked with is some good ones and some bad ones. but in my eye they are all good people, I just believe that some people have alot of stress and I understand how to help them by doing a good job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

my most recent project was installing a 40 gallon gas water heater. which took me 3 1/2 hour to installed. which normally a old heater like that will usually take 5 to 6 hour because of the draining process. but I came up with some creative that help speeds up the process and the customer was impressed with timing and the result of my blessed handy work.
