What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My goal is to provide a service that my customers need, understand, and are happy with . my goal is to become YOUR plumber as long as you need one.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

i graduated in 2008 , attended VOTECH 4 yrs , Im a licensed plumber with 11 yrs experience+ , and im constantly doing continued education to keep up with a changing Industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

i started plumbing with my brother inlaw, a master plumber, when i was 16. ive been in the industry since.

Ive worked for just about EVERY type of customer

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I went to a condo association with 20 units that had no HOT water . Boiler was fine . They had several PLUMBERS out for 3 weeks . $1000s in repairs with no resolution . I was out , found issue the day i was called. I had 18 units that then had hot water the day i left. and all 20 with hot water after day 3 .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

make sure you trust who you hire. theres alot of guys that do plumbing and do it wrong. Make sure they use quality material . NO SHARKBITES EVER !!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the plumber licensed, Is he informative , can you trust him ? Do they sound professional, Educated, and able to do the work . This is YOUR HOME TRUST THE BEST
