What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free in home estimates during regular working hours. We do have an emergency fee of $289 for after-hours and weekend service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer a $50 discount to all new customers, we will travel to the home at no charge to evaluate the job and offer options at no charge.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Here at EaZy Electrical & Plumbing we stay on top of all the local and national codes by using continued education and on going training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After being in the construction industry I found to enjoy pleasing customers and decided to take my experience and bring it into the service side. I enjoy working with people and bringing 5 star service to there home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Here at EaZy Electrical & plumbing we have been in the service industry for over 15 years and offer service to a wide range of customers including Residential and Commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our most recent project was a total Re-Pipe and Re-Wire of an older home, the total project took about a week. We work on projects that are as small as replacing an outlet or repairing a drip so no job is to big or to small!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do you research, check reviews, ask your friends and family for referrals. Use caution as you get what you pay for, choose a company who offers this the type of work daily and is experienced with the local codes and inspectors.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would recommend doing research about your particular project so you have some type of expectations.
