Each month Premium Plumbing runs a new special. Call us to find out what this months special is. We offer a Premium Club Membership which provides our customers a discount and an annual safety inspection.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We care about our customers. We like to get your information and then find out exactly what your plumbing problem is. Rest assured, Premium Plumbing, will resolve and do it with confidence.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The owner of Premium Plumbing is a licensed Master Plumber and has been in the field for nearly 20 years. All of our techs are drug and background tested.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner of Premium Plumbing started in this trade when he was still in school while living in Buffalo, New York. After he moved to Florida in 2010 he decided to continue on as a plumber opening Premium Plumbing in 2015.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Premium Plumbing has worked with customers all over the Tampa Bay area. We have experience working with smaller customers completing jobs on the simple side but also have built high rise hotel projects all across Tampa Bay. There is no job too large or small for Premium Plumbing.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Premium is currently involved with some well-known hotels in Tampa. We are very pleased to be a part of building Tampa's beautiful infrastructure. On the residential side, Premium has fixed broken pipes which has prevented further damage from occurring and replaced parts of toilets. Every job we take on is important to us. As a part of the essential workforce, it's important to Premium Plumbing to continue upholding an impeccable reputation of taking care of our customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Our advice to our customers is make sure you know who you are hiring. Ask your plumber questions, just as they ask you questions. Make sure your plumber is insured and licensed. Make sure they have completed jobs like the one you are trying to find a professional to complete. Insurance, qualifications and experience are the most important pieces. Also, make sure they are doing their part to stop the spread of Covid-19 by protecting themselves and their customers.

Customers should think about the type of professional they want in their home. They should have a budget range in mind and a time frame for when they would like to have the project completed by.
