I do offer discounts but only if there’s a bundle of work to do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Making the customer comfortable with me and also expose the tools that I will be working on and keeping things neat.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a IT technician and been a installer for years for brands like LG, Samsung, Sony, Visio, etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Growing up learning from my dad of course then ended up learning the rest on my own as I got older.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked outstanding customers thus far. Different culture and color. Love them all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Putting TV’s, Microwaves and garbage disposals for a client that never knew that these things could be mounted. She was soooo.. excited with joy and curious about how I knew so much. It took about 2”2 hours to put up all 3.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at the reviews and photos beforehand. It helps narrow your choices.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you want water. Lol.
