I provide what research and development was done previous outfit that I worked at which shows on the invoice with the average cost of a outfit in the area in Southwest Florida for a job to be done then I provide the discounted price which is what I offer and I explained that there’s a difference between flat and hourly

let them speak and listen to everything they have to say first then make it very clear to how much it cost and time stamping and how you charge before starting

Black seal high-pressure, plumbing, soldering, welding, carpentry pipe, fitter, machining, electrical, masonry, rigging, automotive sheet rock cabinet, fabricator, and installer etc., etc.

Westline Repair homeowner had chronic blockage and rough in needed to be corrected as it was not corrected after previous owner remodeled

whatever the situation it is, it’s a commodity find out what the going rate on the project is and shop around and understand the difference between hourly and flat rate
