What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I completed 4rys of an apprenticeship program. I obtained my plumbing journeyman at the end of my apprenticeship, and later obtained my plumbing contractor license. I have received certification/training on cpvc, pvc copper, steel pipe, aquatherm, propress, uponor, backflow testing/repair, medical gas installation, OSHA 30, CPR & first aid, Fuseal, and Orion just to name a few.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with homeowners, tenants, property managers, new home builders, senior living facility managers, hospitals, and many more!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check their reviews. They are a good indicator of past performance.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You should gather as much information about your plumbing issue as reasonably possible. When given the right info, a good plumber can almost always diagnose the problem over the phone.
