What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Very competitive rates, it is very tough to compete in South Florida I know. But with excellent workmanship and honest opinion I believe I can gain some ground.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Explaining in detail the nature of the work. Plumbing can be complex at times and many people don't understand the mechanics involved.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed plumber, backflow testing and repair certification, OSHA certified, heavy equipment operation. Sewer cleaning and inspection, gas piping repair and installation, sewer ejectors and well water systems, foul odors and sewer smell. Stoppages and septic tank inspections. Sewer camera, sewer jetting.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

No one wakes up one day and jumps out of the bed saying "I'm going to be a plumber!" lol - Truth is I needed a job and so it happens I started as an apprentice when I was 19 years old and slowly got to like the trade. I love working with my hands and fixing things, I find it very fulfilling. There is high demand for good qualified plumbers in South Florida and I got what it takes to make your plumbing issues go away for good.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds of customers from all ages and backgrounds, residential and commercial including food service and health care facilities. Also industrial sites such as bottling plants etc. I have an extensive record in the plumbing industry.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please be sure to hire someone who knows what they're doing, ask them questions, consider their answers. Most people can tell when someone knows what they're talking about or not. More often than not I talk to customers who have hired two or three plumbers before they call me and have the proper diagnose and repair done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Cost of course, what will entail, will there be any breaking of tiles, walls, ceilings. Has the contractor done that kind of work before, how long will it take.
