What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process begins with involving the customer educating precisely in the cleaning or repair process and the importance of maintenance to have a system working at optimal conditions and capacity and to prolong the lifespan of the Hvac system saving money in the utility bill.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In my opinion this is the best trade in the world and I love to see the smile of people who I help, I love to work with people and their smile is my best reward. I started as an hvac systems installation assistant and that is how I started my career in this industry, then I became an installer, thus obtaining a vast knowledge of how systems work and now I can share my expertise in the entire area of commercial installation and maintenance. I specialized in all kinds of package units and residential systems thanks to all the experience obtained throughout the years. Now I’m passing my knowledge to my children I am teaching them to earn their money with Integrity and honestly I want them to be technicians who serve our community with integrity, Quality, and Respect, and with the same passion as mine.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We clean the air ducts and vent of restaurant Atlacat for reopening in Alexandria it took 8 hours to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice will be to be careful with scammers if you are told that a professional air duct system cleaning can be done in less than an hour and for $99 dollars….. chances are that it sounds too good to be true you CAN NOT do a professional full Hvac air duct system cleaning for $99 dollars and in less than an hour a professional duct cleaning will take 4-6 hours and 2 technician’s.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask them if they are (NADCA) or (NATE)Certified if they’re not then their knowledge and experience hasn’t been tested by the industry and you will be taking a big risk with your Hvac system.
