What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It would start with a no-obligation estimate. Once the estimate is approved our team will schedule your service. For multi-day projects we will give you a daily update on the progress made and how the project tracks against the project plan. Upon completion of our work, we will walk through the project to ensure you are satisfied. We will go through the project scope to make certain all elements of the work plan are complete

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Besides being highly skilled/professional, our technicians go through background screening. We are insured and bonded. We are certified senior home safety specialists.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started in this industry when we saw our own aging parents struggling to maintain their homes. They wanted to stay in their home and age in place, but all the maintenance and upkeep that goes along with home ownership became a challenge for them physically. Seeing that need within our own families and talking to others about it, we realized it was a community-wide need. That's why we decided to get started in this line of work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We will serve anyone in our community. However, we specialize in aging seniors who wish to remain in their home and want to keep it well maintained and prepped for aging in place. We also focus on busy adults who may be in the heigh of their careers and don't have the time or energy to complete home maintenance.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You need to look for someone you can work with. Someone that you trust 100% to come into your home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are they licensed, insured, bonded? Are there references, reviews, photos from previous work? Ask how they got started doing this type of work? What is their pricing system? What is their typical process for working with the customer? Be sure and get an estimate in writing before starting work.
