Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our estimates are detailed and honest, so you know exactly what to expect. We also provide financing options on both install and service and occasional discounts on select services—ask us about current specials!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
From the first call to the final handshake, we make the process simple. We start with a conversation to understand your needs, schedule an appointment, and send a professional technician or plumber to assess the issue. After providing a clear recommendation and pricing, we complete the work with quality and care. We follow up to ensure your satisfaction!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our team consists of highly trained and certified HVAC technicians and plumbers. We stay current with industry advancements, manufacturer training, and best practices to ensure top-quality service. Horsetooth Heating, Air & Plumbing is licensed and insured, giving you peace of mind.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Horsetooth Heating & Air was founded in 2017 with a commitment to providing Northern Colorado with honest, high-quality service. In 2025, we expanded by acquiring Hydro Plumbing & Heating, allowing us to serve even more customers with expert plumbing solutions. We’re 100% locally owned and built on trust—not private equity.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with homeowners, property managers, and small businesses throughout Northern Colorado. Whether you need a simple repair, a full HVAC or plumbing system installation, or emergency service, we’ve got you covered.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of our most rewarding projects was through the Lennox Feel the Love program, where we donate and install heating and cooling systems for families in need. In 2024, we had the honor of installing a brand-new air handler and AC for Michal Roberts, a single mother of six who works tirelessly to provide for her family. This full-day installation ensured their home would be comfortable year-round. Giving back to our community is a core part of who we are, and this project was truly special to our team.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for a provider that is licensed, insured, and has a strong reputation for quality work. A trustworthy contractor will take the time to assess your needs, provide a detailed quote, and explain your options clearly. Read reviews, ask about warranties, and choose a company that prioritizes honesty, professionalism, and long-term solutions—like Horsetooth Heating, Air & Plumbing!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
• What specific issue are you experiencing, and how long has it been happening? • Do you want a repair, maintenance, or a full replacement? • What’s your budget, and are you interested in financing options? • Have you noticed changes in your utility bills, comfort levels, or water pressure? • Do you have a preference for energy-efficient or high-performance systems?
