Meeting with the customer via chat or in person and communicating what the customer needs and time frame expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Rinnai tankless water heater re-or and service course, THERMASOL/ Mr Steam certified installer and service of in shower steam units. Gas Tite and Trac Pipe certified gas line installer. Continuing education on plumbing products and installation

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 1994 as a plumbing apprentice with my childhood and current best friends dad.

Residential: Anyone and Everyone Commercial: Walmart, small business

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a custom master bath with an external mount shower valve and freestanding tub. The original bathroom was a standard bathroom that was transformed beautifully.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please check the quality of work and reviews! Ask for referrals of previous projects if the job you are looking to do is on a bigger scale. Make sure you and the plumbing contractor are on the same page of what’s expected on the job.
