Additionally, I offer home visits to further evaluate the situation and address any questions or concerns they may have in person. I do charge a $50 dispatch fee for the home visit, which covers the cost of my time and travel. However, I want to assure my customers that this fee is credited back to them upon completion of the work. It’s my way of showing appreciation for their trust and commitment to working with me.
