Introduction

After serving customer for nearly 21 years in So Cal the industry has changed. Revenue first, clients and employees last. Not a great story for success in my opinion. So I branched out and started Rapid Rescue Rooter and Plumbing. Here, we value people first! Making sure we maintain a work environment where everyone feels safe, trusted, and secure in their positions. Which, in turn, will ensure we always provide the best client service experience possible. Fixing and installing plumbing is the easy part. We work hard to earn our clients trust, so we can provide permanent solutions to any and all plumbing or drain frustrations you may encounter. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All of our pricing is flat rate. Meaning if you sign for $100.00 you pay $100.00 and we never start any work before it is approved.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon arrival, we like to introduce ourselves and begin building trust and confidence. After asking permission to enter, we kindly ask to be directed to the plumbing problem. We will diagnose and provide options for a solution. Once an option is approved, work is ready to start immediately. What’s everything is done in the workers to the customer satisfaction payment is collected upon completion and we think you for your business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a state licensed, journeyman level service and repair plumber. I have had 21 years of field and operational experience. I have attended multiple client care courses and management training courses. I am tankless water heater, residential water treatment, and “competent person and confined space” certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was laid off by the construction company I was swinging hammers for in 2004 when I saw an ad in the “pennysaver” ( if you know, you know!) for a plumbing trainee. I was hired and the rest is history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked customers from every walk of life, every stage in life. I’ve had celebrity clients, and clients who just need me to help. I’m happy to work with everyone!
