What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet over the phone, see the job in person and get an authorization from customer before any work is performed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My uncle taught me most of what I know when I was growing up but I also received a lot of frequent in house training at the last plumbing company I worked for. Also just learning from other plumbers in the field. When you stop learning, you stop growing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My uncle was a plumber, so he taught me the trade growing up.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential work, commercial and industrial but Im up for any challenge that comes my way

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I installed a commercial electric water heater at an Apple store. It was a great experience and the staff they're were awesome people.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Definitely make sure you check they're reviews, see pictures of they're recent work and just try to make sure they know what they're doing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What kind of work they need done. Do you want a quick fix, replacement or an upgrade.
