What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The minimum order is $170. When ordering from 5 hours, each new client receives a 10% discount on the first service and 15% in case of an order for more than 1 day of work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I owned a small house and apartment renovation company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It all started back in Ukraine. I was renovating my own apartment, where I also invited craftsmen for various types of work, and I liked their work. All this grew into the opening of his own company.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The main thing is not how quickly you do your job - but most importantly how well you do it!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you want to do it cheap, or do you want to do it great? If you need it quickly - you will lose quality (but it will be cheaper) If you want quality - it will take longer (and the price will be higher) You always tell me what you need before starting work, and I will do it!
