I am very reasonable when compared to the quality of work I deliver. Plus you can trust me because I have many many repeat customers. I like repeat customer model as it helps me build longer term relation of trust and mutual help.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Discuss the problem, explore potential solutions and then be dedicated and deliver a good job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I did middle school and then did full training on house construction and plumbing. Doing it for more than a decade. I am sending my kids to school so they have more formal education.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been doing this for more than 10 years. I started with an experienced plumber who taught all things about new construction, plumbing, painting and all things home projects. Although, I have broad skills, I got more interested in plumbing and any water related problem solving.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Wide range over the period of decade and more. I do both residential and commercial work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just replaced the entire drain pipe for 50 feet fully backed up by the roots developed over 30 years. It was a good project to apply my problem solving skills and client management to be not only a plumber but also an advisor to my clients. I live my clients and always want to be a helpful plumbing partner.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
