What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually speak with them prior to doing a job. I would like to visualize what and where plumbing work needs to be fixed from start to finish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve worked with 4 different companies building my understanding, experience, and skill in the Plumbing Industry

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I remodeled a bathroom long time ago and I was able to figure out everything but for the plumbing on my own. This drove me to learn more about the trade. And long story short I’m still here doing plumbing 😄

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with all ethnicities, backgrounds, both young and old, professionals, business, residential and commercial properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I enjoy all aspects of plumbing sometimes it’s laborious and difficult physically but at the end of the day I step back to look the finished product!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check their reviews, length experience, and go from there.

Take Pictures, model numbers, location, units the would want to install before hand can help
