What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introducing myself and having the client explain to me what issues they see or experiencing and at that point I’ll be able to find a solution

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 10 years of experience. Took various courses plumbing courses in high school and college. Ca License 1039114

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started when I was in high school, helping my uncle during summer time. I started a construction company on my own and decided to specialized in plumbing so I got my plumbing license.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I installed a whole house water softener, client wanted to help with the hard water we have in California. This project took me about 4-5 hours to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask for options or suggestions. I always give clients recommendations on a specific issue. I don’t just stick to the option that will make me the most money.
