Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Personal Plumbing has been since 2013. Most of our business comes from word-of-mouth marketing and repetitive customers. We are fair, honest and experienced company. If we can't diagnose your plumbing issue on the phone, we will send a tech out to assess the issue with diagnostic fee of $95. Once we confirm the plumbing issue, the tech will provide a quote. If customer approves/agrees the quote, we will waive the diagnostic fee ($95).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We LOVE new customers! We simply gather some info/data on the issue over the phone, text, or email. Once the customer is ready to set an appointment, we ask for the full name, address, phone number, and email address. We go over the possible charges. If we can diagnose the issue on the phone, we will send an estimate/proposal for approval. Once approved, we book the appointment for the soonest possible appointment. Customer will will receive an electronic confirmation of the appointment and tech will notify the customer once on the way-
