What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is usually flat rate, meaning all materials and labor is figured into a lump sum amount. I do hourly work as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually meet at the customers home and go over the project details. From there I generate an estimate and proposal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

EPA certified renovator, Building Performance Institute certification Building Analyst , Solar Energy International Advanced Solar training , 30 years licensed contractor, 36 years in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing construction and remodels during summers in high school then from there got my contractors license

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all sorts of customers from low end rentals to high end Remodels and new construction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We installed a solar system with a backup generator that seamlessly transfers power supply from the power grid to the generator in the event of power outage. This project took about a week to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

make sure the pro has the experience necessary.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should go online and pick out or at least get an idea of what products the want to incorporate into the project.
