What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very competitive with pricing. If a licensed contractor has a lower price we will beat their price and give you a $100 discount towards your invoice.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We want to let them know that customer service, quality work and competitive pricing is our moto.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are authorized contractors with Rinnai, Rheem, AO Smith, and we work with Lowes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We wanted to start a plumbing business to help people get the right service for the right price and treat people like our neighbors and friends instead of just a number.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with any customer that need plumbing work. Our specialty is Tankless water heaters and water softeners and re-piping.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we installed a water softener with a RO system and tankless water heater in a home that was just remodeled and the customer was very happy with our clean work and paying attention to the details.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please make sure they have experience and are certified with installing Tankless water heaters because not too many people know how to do it correctly. We are constantly called on warranty calls when its not a warranty call because the customer hired a handy man to do the work to save money but at the end they ended up paying twice that much to fix the handyman's work. Warranty is not affective if you dont have it installed correctly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure they are qualified to do the work and they have done it for a while. Get detail quote in writing so you know what you are getting installed.
