What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Here at Infinity plumbing we offer a wide range of discounts one of the first ones that we offer is to our veterans and first responders at 10% off every visit. We have discount discounts and promotions through the month.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love to greet the customer and get to know a little bit about them and what they’re looking for. I like to provide a couple different options and try to help the customer find the right option for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked for a lot of bigger companies in the past I was a service manager at Bonney , plumbing heating and air. I was able to receive a lot of certificates of management and ran a lot of my own technical trainings. I have my C 36 and my HIS license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Funny story my grandfather and father and uncle are all plumbers so I would say as little as 12 years old I was doing jobs with my grandfather and I knew when I grew up that I wanted to be just like them.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with all types of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Just recently, we installed a new Moen flow for a customer in El Dorado Hills. It took us approximately an hour and a half to install. We are really happy the way it turned out and the customer was satisfied and very appreciative.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice I would give is make sure that they are licensed and bonded. Some people may be great salesman, but you definitely want somebody who knows what they’re doing working on your investments.
