What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is determined during a free inspection provided at the beginning of every project. We work with all insurance companies and the pricing for most of our projects ends up being 90-100% covered by the clients insurance provider!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After you connect with Jakobsen Restoration, we will send a project manager out to provide you with a 100% free inspection. After our project manager determines the extent of the issue, they will provide you with a detailed report and a quote for the full-project scope. We will also work with your insurance company to determine how much of the project pricing will be covered for you. After the project scope is approved, our crews will come out and diligently address your issue, ensuring the your home is good as new!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with residential homeowners, HOAs, property managers, and commercial building owners to deal with water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold issues, attic and crawl space problems, or remodeling projects of all sizes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently worked with a client that experienced a significant water damage issue in their kitchen. In just two days, we were able to remediate the water damage, prevent any mold issues from happening in the future, and provide them with a newly remodeled kitchen. The client was ecstatic because not only was their issue taken care of, but their kitchen ended up in a better condition than before their emergency.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the provider you choose is properly certified and has your best interests in mind. The company you choose should be honest about the issue you are facing and provide you with the entire scope of what needs to be done without trying to up-charge you for unnecessary services. The provider you choose should also work with your insurance provider to ensure that you are properly covered for your project.
